Things to Know While Living on Campus

Quiet hours are in effect seven days a week from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

What are Courtesy Hours?
Courtesy hours are in effect 24/7. Residents should always be respectful to other residents in their buildings. While quiet hours are in effect from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., residents do not have the right to be excessively loud or disruptive at any other time of the day.

Parking: Please note that there is NO Parking on any local street (meaning King Court) from 2 a.m.-5 a.m. This is a Town Ordinance, and you could receive a parking ticket from the Police Department if your car is left in the street overnight.

Snow: During a winter storm, there is NO parking on local streets. Cars can be ticketed and towed. During a snowstorm, please park in the designated overflow parking lots/ King Court driveways.

Parking Overflow: For any overflow parking please park in the parking lot at 125 Riverside Drive, 9 Riverside Drive (parking garage at CTRA). This is the parking lot on the other side of the Highway (Route 2) just to the right of the underpass. Our Security team is aware of this parking lot for housing overflow and patrols it as part of their duties.

Parking Pass: Parking is Free! Students have access to designated overflow parking lots/ King Court driveways. Please complete the Parking Registration Form, once complete submit the form to the front desk at One Riverside Drive. To park in the overflow lots, cars must have a Goodwin University Parking Pass.
