- Submit the form(s) to your home institution’s registrar’s office for approval.
- Upon approval by the home institution, submit the completed and signed form to the registrar’s office at the host institution for final submission and approval.

Cross-registration opens after each participating institution completes pre-registration for its own students. Generally, it opens around May 1 for the fall semester and around December 1 for the spring semester.
Upon approval by the host institution, a copy of your form will be returned to you. Submit a signed copy to your home registrar’s office so that it can be added to your course schedule. Keep a copy for your records.
Note:
- You must repeat this process for each course for which you wish to cross-register
- You must adhere to the host institution’s deadlines when enrolling, dropping, and/or withdrawing from any course. If you withdraw from a course, you are responsible for notifying both your host and home institution.
