AARP members can now receive a 25% tuition scholarship at Goodwin University!

Goodwin University is now offering a 25% tuition scholarship on select master's degree, bachelor's degree, and associate degree programs to verified AARP members.

How to apply for this scholarship

To apply for the Scholarship, AARP members who are new or continuing students of Goodwin University must document their current membership status with a letter from the AARP Connecticut Office. A membership verification letter can be obtained from the AARP Connecticut Office at 860-548-3164 or by email to

AARP members must submit a formal application to Goodwin University complete all requirements for acceptance into the chosen program, and be accepted by Goodwin University into the chosen program.

The Scholarship shall apply only to tuition and shall not apply to any fees, charges for books and materials.

For students currently enrolled at Goodwin University at the inception of this Agreement, the Scholarship shall apply to the financial aid award year immediately following the Effective Date of this Agreement.

Goodwin University shall provide opportunities for all AARP members to receive the Scholarship for a period beginning May 1, 2018 and ending on June 1, 2019.

Except as specifically otherwise herein provided, the terms of the Scholarship shall be subject to the administrative and operating procedures, rules, requirements, conditions, and terms currently applicable and which may change from time to time.
