To commemorate the occasion, Senator Steve Casano presented an official state citation reading, in part, \u201cYour accomplishments as president of Goodwin College have had a tremendous impact on East Hartford and the surrounding towns. We thank you for all you do. The entire membership extends its very best wishes on this memorable occasion and expresses the hope for continued success.\u201d Goodwin College is extremely proud of this recognition and renews its commitment to serve as a responsible and involved member of the community. \u00a0Also recognized at the meeting were Margaret Wilcox, Margaret Wilcox &amp; Associates at William Raveis (Glastonbury Business Person of the Year); Matthew Winkler, Glastonbury LIFE Publications (Jim Bougie Award); Jordan Cohen Coe, Waverly Markets, LLC\/ShopRites of East Hartford &amp; Manchester (Solon L.
