HRACC&rsquo;s goal is to promote the professional and personal development of current and future HR leaders. The scholarship is intended to assist a full-time student enrolled in a bachelor&rsquo;s degree program with an interest in the Human Resources or Business fields.<\/p>\n<p>The Scholarship is awarded based on the quality of personal interview (articulate, achievement potential, presence, determination); quality of application (writing skills, volunteer activities, and interests); quality of reference (confirmation and track record); and interest in the field of business and\/or human resources.<\/p>\n<p>Sandra is a member of several student organizations and belongs to the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Fluent in several languages and committed to global diversity in education and business, she has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and is passionate about improving her community through educational programs and academic opportunities. Her long-term career goals include starting an academic institution in her native country of Ghana. Sandra has a passion for entrepreneurship and is interested in mentoring young adults with a desire to become entrepreneurs in the future. She is hardworking and determined to make an impact wherever she finds herself.<\/p>\n<p>In her acceptance remarks, Sandra offered, &ldquo;It is my singular privilege to say a big thank you to all of you good people, who, in diverse ways, have made it possible for me to receive this prestigious award today. On this occasion, I would like to acknowledge the Goodwin College Career Services team for all their support.
