Here are some tips to help you navigate seasonal depression and enter spring with a newfound sense of self.<\/p>\n<h2>Prioritize self-care habits<\/h2>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"giphy-embed\" src=\"https:\/\/giphy.com\/embed\/RjDIwuXYPzrAEjb6HP\" width=\"480\" height=\"480\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/giphy.com\/gifs\/IntoAction-mental-health-resources-crisis-RjDIwuXYPzrAEjb6HP\">via GIPHY<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Between your studies and your personal life, it may feel like there\u2019s no time for yourself. During the winter months, make self-care a non-negotiable part of your daily routine.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s important to note that <strong>self-care looks different for different people<\/strong>. For some, self-care is hunkering down indoors with a steaming mug of hot cocoa. For others, it\u2019s a face mask and a green juice. And, for many, it&#8217;s settling down for an exceptionally long winter nap.<\/p>\n<p>Whatever self-care means to you, set aside intentional time for activities that recharge you to give yourself a much-needed break and boost your mood.<\/p>\n<h2>Let the light in<\/h2>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"giphy-embed\" src=\"https:\/\/giphy.com\/embed\/uqpK3SuxEY4W9YQvdg\" width=\"480\" height=\"480\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/giphy.com\/gifs\/sun-sunnyday-darrenology-uqpK3SuxEY4W9YQvdg\">via GIPHY<\/a><\/p>\n<p>With shorter days, soaking up sunlight can be a challenge \u2014 but it\u2019s worth the effort for your mental health.<\/p>\n<p>Get outside whenever you get the chance.
