The Enneagram of Personality<\/a>, or just Enneagram for short, is a model of the human psyche which consists of nine interconnected personality types. While the exact origins are not quite known, many researchers have traced the inception of the Enneagram type back to American philosopher Oscar Ichazo in the mid-20th century.<\/a><\/p>\n

The Enneagram<\/a> is a tool which can help individuals understand their core beliefs and motivations to gain a better understanding of their overall behavior. This can be particularly useful in the workplace, so leaders can get a sense of how individuals with differing personality types can collaborate.<\/p>\n
