COVID-19 Response Frequently Asked Question for Goodwin University Students
Below are several questions we have received regarding Goodwin’s response to the current COVID-19 outbreak. While the situation continues to change from day to day, hopefully this information will help you plan for the present as well as for the near future.

IT (Information Technology) will provide a way for members of the Goodwin community to request support. At this time, IT will be providing remote support:
Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m.–9 p.m.
Friday, 7 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
Saturday, 8 a.m.–12 p.m.
The Blackboard support line is open Monday–Friday from 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Please leave a message if we do not pick up.
