Student Services
Learning is a multi-centric, complex, holistic activity that occurs throughout and across the college experience (NASPA, 2004). Learning is not confined to classroom learning. It encompasses all of student life and is enhanced through student services. At Goodwin College, student services are conceived and coordinated as part of a collaborative process that includes students and dedicated faculty and staff members. Assistant Dean Joy Castello Butler serves as the director of student services, including the Learning Center. Student activities are often organized by the Student Council.
