Goodwin College Foundation
Foundation Mission:
The Goodwin College Foundation fosters
change in the individual and the
community by financially supporting the
initiatives and mission of Goodwin
College. The mission of Goodwin College
is to educate a culturally diverse
student population in an environment
that builds bridges between education,
commerce, and community. Our degree and
certificate programs prepare students
for professional careers while
encouraging lifelong learning and
promoting civic responsibility.

About the Foundation:
The Goodwin College Foundation is the
fundraising arm of Goodwin College. As
such, it is an umbrella for the
following programs:
- Leadership gifts
- Events, such as the Annual Goodwin
College Golf Tournament
- Annual support for College
scholarships and community outreach
Primary objectives:
- To enable alumni, the East Hartford
community, and others to support the
mission and initiatives of Goodwin
College through contributions.
- To enable donors to support the
students of Goodwin College through
scholarship and other support.
- To empower donors to promote change in
their community through Goodwin College.
- To enhance the relationship between
alumni and friends with the College.
- To form a community committed to
enhancing the lives of those seeking a
better life through higher education;
and those committed to enhancing the
world around them.
- To ensure the current and future
viability of the College and the good
work it does for its students and the
community.
