Conflict of Interest Policy

This policy is designed to help directors, officers and all employees of Goodwin College identify situations that present potential conflicts of interest and to provide you with a procedure that, if observed, will allow a transaction to be treated as valid and binding even though a director, officer, or employee has or may have a conflict of interest with respect to the transaction. Throughout your employment at the College, conflicts of interests are to be avoided.
