GOODWIN COLLEGE SECURITY POLICIES AND CRIME STATISTICS

Each September 1, Goodwin College will publish and distribute its policies and procedures for campus security. The crime statistics will also be included in the report.

Policy statement cite 34 CFR 668.46(b)(2)(i)–(b)(11)(vii) – Each year the policies and procedures will be reviewed and updated if necessary. The crime statistics will be updated every year. The distribution of this information will insure compliance with Section 485(f) of the Higher Education Act of 1965(HEA) (Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics). The full text of this report can be found on the Goodwin College web site at campus_safety/CrimeReport2010.pdf. This link will be E-Mailed to all students as well as staff to provide the location of this report. A copy of this report can also be found in the Library as well as in the office of Bryant Harrell, the Head of Campus Security. This report is prepared in cooperation with local law enforcement agencies, as well as campus security, and the dean of academics. Each department provides updated information to comply with the Clery Act.
