How Withdrawing from a Course Affects SAP

If a student withdraws from a course and receives a grade of "W", the credits will count as credits attempted but not as credits earned in the rate of completion and maximum timeframe calculations. The "W" grade will not be calculated in the CGPA. Withdrawing from a course can have an adverse effect on the student’s rate of completion and maximum timeframe calculations and may affect the student’s ability to meet SAP requirements.
