BUS 226 - Sales and Service III: Advanced Strategies

3 credits (PREREQUISITE: BUS 126)

This advanced course will build on the fundamentals of sales and customer service. It focuses on sales language, verbal visualization, mental visualization, listening skills, follow up and service, prospecting, and using telephone skills to enhance sales success. Students will also develop strategies for dealing with difficult customers. The course will also help students recognize different market segments and how to customize their sales approach to meet the needs and expectations of those various segments. (Su)
