BUS 126 - Sales and Service II: Customer Focus

3 credits (PREREQUISITE: BUS 125)

This course will address the relationship between customer service and effective sales. Students will learn how to present products and services to their customers in a manner that meets their identified and unidentified needs. In addition, students will learn how customer satisfaction enhances sales success by cultivating satisfied and repeat customers. This course will address the importance of listening skills, understanding customer behavior, recognizing cultural diversity in the sales environment, and methods of developing customer loyalty. (Sp)
